Overview
This is an opportunity to join as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, plus more. We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
What You’ll Do

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more.
Qualifications
What you’ll need
* You don’t need any prior care experience to apply for this role, just a willingness to care, show compassion, and resilience, as we provide comprehensive nurse-led training.
* However, experience with spinal injuries and diabetes would be advantageous.
