Responsibilities

* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio to support decision-making and risk management.
* Help set and embed standards for benefits and value management.
* Identify, value, and validate project benefits in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
* Develop and maintain dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
* Collaborate across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships to support change and transformation initiatives.
* Produce guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to assist colleagues in applying benefits and efficiencies practices.

Experience and Qualifications

* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills, able to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures; actively consider diversity in work.
* Development opportunities and appropriate training will be provided.

Working Arrangements and Other Details

* Hybrid working location; EA Office base with national coverage.
* Some travel and overnights may be required.
* Applications are assessed on competency questions (blinded process).
* Interviews via MS Teams during the week commencing 3 November 2025.
