Key Skills Required: Expert-level programming in Beckhoff TwinCAT and KUKA Robotics Strong background in automation, manufacturing processes, and production machine commissioning Ability to design, develop and validate automation software from scratch Experience working with internal combustion engines, electric machines, and batteries Ideal Candidate: BEng or higher in a relevant field Sharp, analytical mindset with high attention to detail Passionate, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced R&D/manufacturing environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Join a forward-thinking team pushing technical boundaries on the road to the 2026 F1 Power Unit regulation changes though this role focuses solely on non-F1 advanced manufacturing.
