We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Kents Hill Park, Milton Keynes, on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Salary: £13.40 an Hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported
3. Being a responsible key holder
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
7. Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
9. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
2. Excellent communication skills with a focus on great customer service
3. Team player with a can-do attitude
4. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
