This is a well-established 52 bed care home delivering high-quality dementia and elderly care. We are seeking a passionate and driven leader who can continue to deliver outstanding care, motivate a committed team, and maintain excellent compliance standards. The Role As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. You will work closely with an experienced Regional Manager and receive strong ongoing support, including opportunities for additional training and qualifications.
