You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care. As the Interim Children's Residential Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

* Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service delivery.
