Overview
Family Care & Support Worker at Together for Children. Part Time - 16 hours per week. Monday – Sunday between 7.00am – 8.00pm. Interviews to be held 22.10.25.
Responsibilities
* Provide a range of support for our young people and their families, including personal care tasks as required.
* Support children and young people to access play, recreation and leisure opportunities within the community, at home, or in a youth club provision.
* Contribute to the implementation of care plans by delivering a flexible service during the day, early mornings, evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment (visa sponsorship: applications from all nationalities are welcome).
* Experience in supporting children and young people with disabilities and/or complex needs is beneficial, along with the ability to provide personal care and support.
