Job responsibilities
The Assistant Area Manager position is for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, multi-site environment. You must enjoy a good level of autonomy and be an individual who can manage responsibility. The Assistant Area Manager role within Ramsdens is a varied and exciting one, you will be expected to assist your Area Manager in all aspects of your store network from recruitment of staff, absent/sickness management, delivering sales growth, achievement of KPI's and planning/controlling the operation of the branch network.

Essential attributes include:

You must be willing to work 40 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Sunday)
