This role is ideal for individuals with experience in M ental Health support, SEMH education, or as a support worker, who are passionate about helping young people achieve their potential. The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students who face barriers to learning due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs. By building positive relationships and providing consistent guidance, you’ll help learners improve their confidence, resilience, and engagement in education.
