Within the tranquil surroundings of our luxury spa, exceptional service is paramount. We are seeking a Spa Guest Services Agent to oversee spa reception operations, elevate guest experiences and support the delivery of personalised, world-class service.
The Person:
* A confident, service-led professional with luxury spa or wellness experience
* Naturally warm, composed and guest-focused
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and standards
* Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
The Role:
* Lead Spa Reception operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Act as a key point of contact for spa guests and VIPs
* Support Spa Manager in daily operations and team leadership
* Drive service quality, standards and profitability within the Spa
* Represent the Spa Manager in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless guest journeys from booking to departure
* Maintain compliance with service standards, QA programmes and safety procedures
* Manage guest feedback, service recovery and continuous improvement
* Support rotas, training, retail performance and operational reporting
