Job Description:
Ludlow Property Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Skilled Worker/Joiner. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for joinery tasks, but must also be willing to undertake additional duties such as small building works as required. This role will involve travel to various locations across the country but mainly around the north east.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute joinery tasks with precision and attention to detail.
2. Complete small building works including, but not limited to, minor repairs, installations, and renovations.
3. Utilise various hand and power tools effectively and safely.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
7. Adapt to changing job requirements and priorities as needed.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a skilled joiner or carpenter.
2. Proficiency in a variety of joinery techniques and methods.
3. Experience in small building works is preferred but not essential.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel and work at various locations nationwide.
7. Valid driver's licence.
8. Commitment to working full-time hours (36 hours per week).
9. Flexibility to work occasional overtime or the odd weekend as needed.
10. Health and safety certification (e.g., CSCS card) is desirable but not essential.
