The role:
My client is seeking an experienced Senior EPR Delivery Manager to join their team.
This will be a highly autonomous role with a broad range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of large-scale, high-profile EPR programmes nationally
* Matrix management across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Leading multiple senior professionals
* Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholder management and senior programme queries
* Efficiently driving projects forward with expert risk management
* Continuous improvement of the EPR delivery process
* Working alongside TDA’s on integration and clinical workflow
* Managing and tracking escalations
* Mentoring junior staff members
* Managing go-lives effectively utilizing prior experience
* Resolving complex technical issues or queries
* Project scoping and contract evaluation
Core experience required:
* Deep understanding of EPR and its foundations
* Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers
