Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Audit Senior to join our expanding team. You will lead audit assignments, ensure compliance with standards, and build strong client relationships. The role requires an approachable and professional individual who understands client needs and delivers exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead audit assignments from planning to completion, maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Ensure audit files are well-organized and contain all necessary documentation.
3. Analyze accounting data, providing insights and recommendations.
4. Oversee compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
6. Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
7. Address client queries professionally, promoting loyalty.
8. Mentor and support junior team members.
9. Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate client files and audits.
10. Ensure legal and statutory compliance in client work.
11. Prepare and review client documents, including accounts, tax filings, PAYE, and VAT.
12. Plan workloads to meet deadlines.
13. Utilize best practices and technology to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualification (part-qualified candidates considered).

* Experience in audit within a practice environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
