The move into Scotland marks the next stage of growth, with this senior appointment set to help shape the site, team and standards from day one. The Opportunity Take ownership of production at this new UK manufacturing facility, joining from the ground up. Lead operations, build the team, and ensure products are made efficiently and in line with GMP. Key Responsibilities * Lead all aspects of production: planning, staffing, processes. * Supervise and develop a skilled production team. * Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to SOPs. * Monitor KPIs, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Play a central role in scaling from setup to full commercial release. What We're Looking For * Production management experience in pharma, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing. * Hands-on leadership style. * Experience with site setups or scale-ups desirable. * Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management. * Results-focused, with growth mindset.
