Job Title: Paediatric Occupational Therapist Band: 6 Location: Romford, Essex Working Hours: 15 hours per week We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our client's supportive children’s therapy team in Romford, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced therapist to work with children and young people in a community setting, supporting their development and independence. The role is available on a locum basis with an immediate start and offers competitive rates. What will your responsibilities be? As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for independently managing a caseload of children with a range of developmental and physical needs. You will carry out structured assessments, develop and implement individualised treatment plans, and work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals. You will also assess for and recommend specialist equipment and seating, contribute to goal setting and outcome evaluation, and support the development of the OT role within the multidisciplinary team. Supervision of junior staff or students may also be required.
