We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends ), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gledholt Mews and Coach House. Gledholt Mews and Coach House is our community rehabilitation (level 1) service for adults with mental health needs or a personality disorder who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway and are looking for the next stage in their rehabilitation journey or for those who may be stepping up from a community placement.
