US Securities Associate (3–6 PQE) - London -Fixed Term Contract
A leading international law firm is seeking a US-qualified Securities Associate to join its London office on a 9–12 month fixed term contract. The role sits within a well-established capital markets practice and offers exposure to a broad range of US securities and cross-border capital markets transactions, working closely with ECM, DCM and finance teams on international matters involving US markets.
The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-jurisdictional team advising on a variety of matters, including:
* Cross-border securities offerings involving US markets
* Equity and debt capital markets transactions
* Offerings targeted at international investors, including the US
* Advising issuers and investment banks on capital markets transactions
* Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation and prospectuses
* Supporting the execution of complex cross-border transactions
Candidate Requirements
* US-qualified lawyer
* Exposure to equity and/or debt capital markets transactions
* Experience with US securities laws and cross-border offerings
