We are a Supported Living healthcare provider offering care to adults and children with complex needs. This role sits within our LD&A family and is supported by an experienced Team Leader.

Pay rate: Monday - Friday Day £14.18
Shift pattern: Days & Nights shifts
We are looking for local candidates to St Austell who can drive a car and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
What the role involves
* Provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring compassionate and attentive support tailored to the individual’s needs.
* Engage in meaningful activities and take the person out into the community to promote social interaction and well-being.
* Support household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
* Communicate clearly and confidently in the individual’s preferred manner to build a strong and trusting relationship.
* Support meal preparation and nutrition.
Responsibilities and experiences
* Enriching activities and an empathetic approach to positively impact the person’s life.
* Previous experience with Autism, Mental health, Anorexia, and behaviours that can be perceived as challenging.
