Job Description
Ten Live are recruiting an experienced Administrator on behalf of our Client, who are based in West Lothian, Scotland. This will be a permanent, dayshift role.
Essential requirements
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Experience with using advanced Microsoft Packages including: Word, Excel and Adobe
Key responsibilities
* Energy Efficiency Administrations tasks
* Submissions – Quality Checking, Submitting and Managing documentation relating to energy schemes, ensuring compliance with regulations at the first submission
* Scheduling – Planning and Co-ordinating Engineers to jobs across Scotland
* Communicating with key stakeholders
* Troubleshooting effectively, identifying and resolving problems quickly
* Achieving KPI targets
Contract details
* Hours will be Monday to Friday 0900-1700
* Full training provided
* Permanent
* Salary will be between £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience
