Job Description:
We are looking for a Wealth Management Executive Team Leader to join our client's team based in Berkswell. You will be joining a Partner Practice of St. James Place and will help to lead and oversee the administrative support to the business. Your main duties will include maintaining existing client relationships, growing the business, and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the administration team and provide updates to key stakeholders;
* Manage complex queries within the team;
* Manage case tracking for timely updates;
* Provide technical and administrative support as needed;
* Ensure files contain all required documentation and conduct quality checks;
* Oversee meeting preparations and follow-ups, and update Salesforce;
* Coordinate training for less experienced team members;
* Manage advisor expectations and communicate effectively with the administration team;
* Handle incoming calls and communicate professionally with clients, providers, and third parties;
* Greet clients and visitors when required;
* Run reports, collate data, and prepare illustrations;
* Liaise with SJP Admin Centres for complex queries;
* Oversee application processing and letter of authority procedures;
* Help clients understand our products' potential;
* Research and analyze client requirements;
* Prepare new business files and manage client records;
* Address client and stakeholder queries effectively;
* Prepare client meeting files and compliance documentation;
* Support clients and advisers with ongoing needs;
* Ensure adherence to the end-to-end business process;
* Analyze client data, develop cash flow models, and record information accurately;
* Research financial products to meet client goals;
* Construct financial planning solutions supported by models and reports;
* Prepare client reviews, update models, and produce reports and discussion documents;
* Attend client meetings with the Partner if required.
Knowledge and experience
* Previous management experience or strong supervisory operations background;
* Experience in office support within financial services or related sectors;
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems;
* Experience working within a Partner Practice of St. James Place.
