The Role: We are looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive AMB’s growth. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering revenue growth across our business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, M&E, and related sectors. Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor. Conduct market research to spot trends and growth areas. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches. Collaborate with our operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of our services. Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets, contributing to AMB’s ambitious plans.About You: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within recruitment or construction sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ambitious, highly motivated, and target-driven. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
