Customer Loyalty Executive
Salary: £26,250 - £35,000 O.T.E (uncapped earnings)

What you'll do day to day
* Contact customers by telephone (inbound/outbound) and email to review current finance agreements
* Maintain a high level of finance product knowledge
* Focus on achieving high retention
* Provide exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
* Maintain good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records, and orderly administration of your work
* Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans, and liaising for a great customer experience
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
* Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
* A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
