Job Title: Business Support Assistant Salary: £14,520 - £14,751 per annum 21 Hours per Week Location: Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester, WR5 2QT Team: Business Support Secondment for 12 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced part time Business Support Assistant to join our small team. This role will provide essential support to officers especially within the Committee and Overview & Scrutiny teams but also across the Legal and Governance division. Committee and Overview & Scrutiny teams administer the formal meetings and appeals for the County Council’s democratic processes. The work is varied requiring good organisational, clerical and customer service skills. The successful candidate will need to complete exact records and data across internal systems. Experience of working in a multi-functional office environment is desirable. The hours consist of 21 per week, to be worked over Monday to Friday each week, work pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate. The role is being offered on a secondment basis for up to 12 months. The position has become available due to an internal development opportunity within our division supporting our ethos of supporting team members to gain skills and experience.
