Due to expansion, we are looking for three passionate and capable Assistant Service Managers to join the team in the Shropshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a values-driven organisation committed to quality, inclusion, and personal development.
💼 Available Roles:
1️⃣ Assistant Service Manager – Female-Only Service (Multiple Locations, Shropshire)
1. Supports women in supported living services
2. Covers 3 local services – must be willing to travel between them
3. Driver required: Full UK licence, own car, business insurance
4. Experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is a plus
2️⃣ Assistant Service Manager – Highley
5. Supports two young males with autism, LD, and complex behaviour
6. Covers 1 residential service in Highley
7. Driver required: Full UK licence, own car, business insurance
8. Opportunity to support a new team and help shape the home from the ground up
3️⃣ Assistant Service Manager –Shrewsbury
9. Focuses on individuals with acquired brain injury
10. Covers 1 service in a rural area of Shropshire
11. Driving licence preferred, but not essential
12. Suitable for candidates with strong leadership and understanding of ABI
✅ What We’re Looking For:
13. Experience leading or supervising a care/support team
14. Background in social care: autism, learning disabilities, ABI preferred
15. Strong understanding of sector regulations (e.g. CQC, safeguarding)
16. Confidence with IT systems (Office 365)
17. Flexible, reliable and committed to delivering person-centred care
18. Ability to promote positive risk-taking and independence
19. Passionate about inclusion, equality and rights-based support
20. Driver essential for some roles (see above)
