Motion Graphics Designer

Do you want to help us amaze our audience by providing state of the art motion design?
As part of the creative team, you are responsible for developing and realizing graphical ideas and concepts for RedBull TV multiplatform channels. You’ll work in close cooperation with a team of creative professionals, Art Directors, Producers, and Project Managers. You develop new ideas and outstanding visuals for format packages in line with RBTV Corporate Identity and Content strategy. Using your wide skillset of visualization techniques and collaborative mindset, you will provoke new creative thinking to drive innovation and bring the RedBull Universe to our platforms.

Responsibilities and tasks where you can make an impact:
Develop and Realize Designs
You’ll develop and realize designs that meet creative objectives and support our channel and brand strategy, following brief guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Take Initiative
You’ll take the initiative on projects, delivering innovative solutions on time. You will also communicate and present your design vision and solutions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Creative Teams and Clients
You’ll work with the Motion Design team, Art Directors, Producers, and Project Managers to develop concepts and designs. Additionally, creating graphic templates for use by team members and clients will be part of your responsibilities.
Expertise
Relevant experience and proven achievements include:
* Extensive experience in Motion Graphics Design
* Degree in Graphic Design, Media, or related field
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based format package design
* Strong conceptual skills demonstrated through a robust motion graphic portfolio
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D
* Knowledge of other Adobe CC applications, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, and related skills are advantageous
* Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
* Effective communication skills, mediating creative problems and proposing solutions
* Strong time management, multitasking, and deadline adherence
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is market-oriented and significantly above this minimum.
