The Successful Applicant
The Family Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with 3 - 5 years PQE in family law
8. Experienced in divorce, separation and complex financial remedies
9. Confident with trusts, business assets, pensions and private children work
10. Commercially aware, well organised and proactive
11. A strong communicator with a client‑focused mindset
