An established and well-respected housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality residential scheme in Ingatestone.
The development consists of 57 units, including a mix of traditional houses and apartments, built to a high specification with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
* Monitoring build progress and quality on plots
* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Assisting with site paperwork and reporting
* Managing snagging and finishing stages
* Helping to deliver plots in line with programme deadlines
About You
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee ready to step up
* Experience working on residential developments (houses or apartments)
* Strong eye for detail and quality
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Proactive and hands‑on approach
