Do you enjoy community outreach and working within an underserved population in a rural setting? Our team is hiring!

* Salary: up to $85,000.00 (dependent upon experience)
* Location: Crosby, ND (This is a well-established program in the state of ND that opened March 2023.)
* Schedule: This position would work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with no weekends / no holidays


ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program that provides vital mental health support for adults—typically 65 and older—experiencing depression, anxiety, or emotional distress related to life changes associated with aging. Our goal is to improve quality of life through compassionate, accessible care within the community.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Community Engagement serves as both the operational leader and community ambassador for Senior Life Solutions. This role focuses on community education, outreach, and relationship development to increase awareness of senior mental health services and sustain a healthy patient census. The Program Director also oversees day‑to‑day program operations and supports a small, interdisciplinary team to ensure efficient, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Community Education & Outreach

* Serve as the program’s public representative, educating the community about senior mental health needs and available services.
* Develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and outreach events for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other community organizations.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, senior living facilities, and other referral sources.
* Participate in local events, coalitions, and professional groups to promote awareness and encourage access to care.


Referral & Growth Development

* Generate and sustain patient referrals through active community engagement and consistent follow‑up.
* Monitor outreach effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and new partnerships.
* Implement creative strategies that drive patient census while aligning with the program’s mission and compliance standards.


Program Management & Oversight

* Ensure smooth daily operations, coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
* Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.
* Monitor key operational metrics such as patient flow, scheduling, and documentation quality.
* Oversee budget and resource allocation to support outreach, education, and program needs.


Team Collaboration

* Support a small interdisciplinary team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
* Foster a positive, mission‑driven environment centered on patient care and community impact.

ABOUT US

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated success in community outreach, education, marketing, or business development.
* Strong public speaking, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage small teams and maintain program compliance.
