About the Role
Harris Bus & Coach, in partnership with Higer, are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our bus and coach division across the Scotland. This candidate will be ideally based in the Central Belt of Scotland providing strong access to key customer markets and Bus and Coach operators.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with new and existing bus and coach operators across your territory
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive sales growth
* Represent Harris Bus & Coach and Higer at industry events, demonstrations, and customer meetings
* Deliver product presentations and coordinate vehicle demonstrations
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
About You
* Proven experience in bus, coach, or Commercial B2B sales
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel PSV or HGV an Advantage
* Knowledge of fleet Bus Coach and Truck operators across Scotland and the North of England
* Technical understanding of bus & coaches
