The role:
1. General office tasks – directing phone calls, accepting & booking deliveries, help with filing & admin.
2. Dealing with customers – taking enquiries, pricing, managing their expectations.
3. Learn on the job – the industry and in-depth specification requirements and knowledge.
4. Proof checking artwork – high attention to detail required.
5. To work as part of a team to ensure work is finished to a high-quality standard. Our company strapline “Committed to Quality & Service” – something we’re passionate about.
6. Ownership of your work and that any issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
7. Occasional light warehouse duties and stock control/management.
The successful candidate:
8. Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal.
9. Ability to work under pressure and to planned/tight deadlines.
10. Able to work as part of a team and/or independently.
11. Good organisational skills
12. Attention to detail.
13. Experience in an office environment.
14. Printing industry experience desired but not essential.
15. Sales/admin experience desired but not essential.
