Van Driver (Fruit Delivery to Schools) - Temp to Perm Location: Headcorn Salary: £32,500 per year / £12.35 per hour, 10hr days Start Time: 4:00am Temp to Perm Opportunity We are looking for a reliable and motivated Van Driver (3.5T) on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves delivering fruit to schools, with an average of 50 drops per day. What the job involves: Driving a 3.5T van and carrying out daily multi-drop deliveries to schools. Unloading and delivering fruit - heavy lifting is required as drivers unload themselves. Starting work at 4:00am. Working term time only - but you'll be paid all year round (52 weeks), including school holidays. 39 weeks operational and 13 weeks non operational. What we're looking for: Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential. Someone comfortable with early starts and working independently. Good time management and reliability. Physically fit for manual handling and unloading. FLT licence is a bonus (but not essential). The offer: £32,500 per year / £12.35 per hour. Temp to perm role with long-term stability.
