We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
* Social media posts and website interaction.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Assist in stock control.
* Assist with ordering lenses, contact lenses, frames and solutions.
* Helping clients choose suitable and stylish eyewear.
* Repairs and adjustments of frames.
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
* Proficient computer skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
