We are recruiting Food Production Operatives in Rugby with immediate start.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.68 per hour
Duties:
Decanting raw and processed meat into production lines
Working in marinade department, prepping for restaurants.
Packing meat products to customer specifications
Weighing, labelling, and sealing finished goods
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area (following food safety regulations)
Requirements:
Previous experience in food production or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable working in a cold environment and handling raw meat
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
