Sourcing and Category Coordinator

Reporting to both the Operations Manager and a Director, you will work closely with our manufacturing, sales, warehouse and R&D teams at our London HQ, as well as supporting global colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support a Perth-based Director in end-to-end project management from RFQ through to full production, including supplier selection, pricing negotiation, sample management and coordination of information flow.
2. Manage allocated product categories, develop a strong understanding of products, and negotiate improved pricing while ensuring consistent supply.
3. Assist in maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
4. Enter agreed pricing and contract information into the company ERP system.
5. Conduct risk analyses for new and existing suppliers and coordinate actions to minimise supply chain risks.
6. Source new and specialist components for the R&D team.
