Field Sales (Fire Safety)
£45,000 - £50,000 plus car and uncapped commission
Location: Leicester (home based)
Working for a well established safety business in the East Midlands, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience to all customers. You will have a portfolio of businesses to cultivate, nurture and grow, and will be a self-managed and relationship focused individual.
Key Duties
* Visit potential and existing customers to gain comprehensive insight into key customer needs and expectations
* Attend networking events, create leads and identify opportunities for business or collaboration
* Use market knowledge or existing contacts to grow your customer base
* Proactively enhance existing customer relationships by continually presenting tailored solutions aligned with their objectives
* Work with the internal team to prepare quotes and present these to the customer
* Follow up on leads resulting from marketing activity
* Address and resolve customer issues and challenges promptly to uphold trust and satisfaction & escape where necessary
* Present regular progress reports and forecasts to both internal and external stakeholders, utilising key account metrics
* Attend a weekly sales check in online, and attend the East Midlands office once a month
* Manage your own diary and keep records of all meetings
Key Skills Required
* Experience in a similar field sales based role
* Confidence to attend networking events and build relationships with new contacts
* Full clean driving license
* Self motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess challenges and suggest effective solutions
* Ability to tolerate stress and maintain composure in high pressure situations and environments
* Adaptability to respond to changing requirements and evolving circumstances
