Job Title: Principle Endur Front Office BA

Role Overview:
Endur Tech Engineer to work on Front and Mid Office elements for our Power Trading team. This role involves working in the power sector related to trade and management of assets such as wind, solar, batteries, and CCG power stations. The team supports systems that enable trading decisions, trade execution, and risk management. Responsibilities include implementing operating models, integrating new systems and data feeds (national grid, power auctions, weather forecasts) into existing trading and risk systems (ETRMs), primarily focusing on Endur Openlink.
What you will have:
* Hands-on experience with implementing and extending features in OpenLink Endur
* Experience in Physical and Financial Power and Gas Markets
* Ability to work independently as a BA lead and support other BAs
* Experience across trading floor areas, focusing on Front and Mid
* Expertise in non-linear instruments in a Commodity/Energy Trading environment and their representation in Openlink Endur
* Experience liaising with Traders and Quant developers on option pricing models, including complex physical options
* Endur configuration for Deal lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlement invoicing, and scheduling
* Problem-solving skills within change control mechanisms
* Understanding of Endur Reporting architecture and modules like APM, TPM, DMS, Connex, EOD Workflows
* Knowledge of Endur deployment procedures, including CMM import/export and cloud DevOps
* Experience collaborating with business analysts and traders to develop solutions
* Implementation of testing regimes to ensure quality
* Experience working with hybrid teams using Scrum methodology
* Strong communication skills across complex environments and stakeholders
* Familiarity with analytical software tools and methodologies
* Excellent analytical skills and structured approach
* Experience with Agile delivery
* Knowledge of global power markets
* Experience with complex contracts, power purchase agreements, and deal modeling
* Experience in power asset optimization and tolling agreements modeling
