We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.
What you’ll do
* Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access
* Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals
* Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times
* Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner
What you’ll need
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car – essential
* Caring, reliable and patient nature
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* DBS check (can be completed during recruitment)
* Right to work in the UK
