Your Role and Responsibilities: Set up rooms each morning, complete risk assessments, and ensure all materials and activities are prepared to meet the plans for the day. Help organize and take part in activities, ensuring you are well-prepared for your assigned tasks. Conduct and update observations of individual children to support their development. Work closely with the room leader and other staff members to maintain high standards of care and education. Keep parents informed about their childs development and encourage their active participation in the nursery experience. Handle all information regarding children, families, and staff with the utmost discretion and adhere to child protection guidelines. Ensure high standards of hygiene, maintain equipment, and create a safe, stimulating environment for children.
