Our client is a well-respected and established signage company in Leicestershire, they are recruiting for a full-time position available for an experienced Business Development / Sales Account Manager who has worked in signage before to support as they expand further.
Our client is seeking a results-driven candidate to drive growth in the signage sector and reignite dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in signage solutions, a proven track record in generating new business, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the signage market.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
4. *Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
6. Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
7. Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
8. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in signage, construction, or related industries.
10. Strong knowledge of signage solutions and project lifecycle.
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
12. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
13. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
14. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Skills:
15. Established network within the signage sector.
16. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
17. Familiarity with design and installation processes for signage.
