Responsibilities
* Act as initial point of contact for visitors or telephone enquiries.
* Operate switchboard.
* Maintain daily attendance record.
* Maintain stationary orders.
* Collate delivery dockets and match with invoices.
* Undertake administrative tasks required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent IT Skills Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Previous experience working in an office environment/administrative role
