Charity Trustee / Board Member - Voluntary Position
Join We Change Lives as a Charity Trustee / Board Member in a voluntary role. This position is based in Warrington / North West (Hybrid) and requires around one day per month, including quarterly in‑person meetings in Warrington and participation in virtual subcommittees.
We Change Lives is a forward‑thinking social care charity supporting adults across the North West, including people with learning disabilities, complex physical health needs, acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, and older adults living with dementia. As a not‑for‑profit charity, every surplus is reinvested directly into our charitable purpose. Our simple purpose is to support people to live their best lives, and over the next few years we plan to grow our reach, strengthen our impact, and reinvest more into the people and communities we support.
As a Trustee you will contribute strategic insight, governance expertise, and your professional experience to guide the organisation’s growth. This role offers the chance to combine professional challenge with genuine purpose, gain Board‑level exposure, and broaden your perspective while contributing to one of the most vital and complex sectors in the UK.
