Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge in a values-led organisation? Our client is recruiting a proactive and personable Associate HR People Partner to join their dynamic People Services team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite (3 days per week in Norwich), supporting a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and training delivery. What you’ll bring:
1. Strong generalist HR experience
2. CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
3. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills
4. Confidence in handlingplex ER cases
5. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
