FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 YEAR WITH EXTENSION -
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organising, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, accessibility, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role supports project teams by controlling the flow of documents, both electronic and hard copy across all stages of a project.
Has previous experience in Construction M&E projects
* Perform and coordinate day-to-day site administration duties.
* Manage the project’s SharePoint system and organise project folders.
* Control and process all project documents through appropriate software and client portals.
* Assist with site set-up and support wider project management processes.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and track follow-up actions.
* Maintain robust filing and archiving systems.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and ISO standards.
* Maintain site records, including weekly progress reports.
* Support the Health & Safety team during audits and record safety documents.
* Liaise with contractors and subcontractors regarding documentation.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of document management procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a similar on-site administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
