What You Will Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and formulate robust, child-centred care and support plans.
Manage complex caseloads with a proactive, trauma-informed approach to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and families.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure holistic care and timely interventions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements and organisational standards.
Champion the voice of the child and family in all decisions, ensuring their lived experience informs every stage of support and intervention.
