Job Description: Empire Physiotherapy is seeking a Part Time Remote Receptionist to join our team on weekends. This will be Saturday 8 am till 3pm and Sunday 8am till 3pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a fully remote position, so the ideal candidate will have a quiet and professional workspace at home and be comfortable using a computer and phone to communicate with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries via email
* Scheduling and coordinating client appointments using our online scheduling system
* Collecting and updating client information and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as spreadsheet updating
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computers and various software programs, including Microsoft Office.
* Reliable internet connection and home workspace
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
