Financial Planning Administrator

Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Financial Planning Administrator:
1. Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning team.
2. Assist with new client onboarding and account management/maintenance.
3. Produce client reports, valuation statements, and portfolio overviews.
4. Prepare information for client reviews and meetings.
Background of the Financial Planning Administrator:
* Experience working in Financial Services, preferably in Financial Planning/Advice or Wealth Management.
* Understanding of the Financial Planning/Advice process.
* Administrative, operational, or client-facing experience within Financial Services.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
