Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the import team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant operations.
Oversee daily import activities, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with HMRC and industry regulations.
Manage job files, costs, and invoicing for accuracy and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Proven airfreight import experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of customs compliance and import documentation.
Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills.
Commercially aware and customer-focused approach.
