Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with preparing materials and learning activities
* Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues
* Bring energy and enthusiasm to the classroom daily
Requirements:
* Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning
* Experience working with children
* Experience with SEN children (Preferred)
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Confidence and motivation to guide individuals and small groups in their learning
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
