You will be adept at delivering community engagement p rogrammes, providing support and guidance to both individuals and groups, and making effective use of digital communication channels. Strong o rganisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to manage your own workload and juggle multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in a customer-focused environment and within higher education is highly desirable, along with knowledge of safeguarding, and first aid or mental health qualifications.
