Your contributions will include project involvement, system diagnostics, documentation, and training, with assignments ranging from small deliverables to large-scale global factory projects

Main Responsibilities:
1. Support production IT operating systems, such as CCTV, MES, SCADA, and more.
2. Allocate time between project work and daily support tasks.
3. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal customers.
4. Ensure IT solution integrity and keep documentation up-to-date.
5. Meet Service Level Agreements with customers through operational support.
Key Requirements:
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT systems in global companies.
7. Knowledge of IT/OT environmental network setup, architecture, and troubleshooting.
8. Experience with international teams in operational support and project delivery.
9. Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
10. Understanding of IT security protocols.
11. Experience in industrial automation technologies.
12. Proficiency in additional languages.
Start date: ASAP.
Duration: 12 months + option for extension.
Workload: Full-time.
Allocation: Remote work with occasional office attendance in Bridgend, Wales.
Location: Brigend, Wales
Other: Travel to Poznan, Poland may be required.
